Rainy Days Tea

Rainy days don’t have to be gloomy or depressing.  Make the most of the day by tuning into the relaxing rhythm of the rain drops and brew a cup of rainy days tea!  After all, water sustains life.  The rain is our friend.  Brew up this simple tea recipe and sip and enjoy.

Ingredients:

several cinnamon sticks
2 lemon slices
3-5 slices of fresh ginger
honey to sweeten

Boil water & add to ingredients and let steep for 5-10 minutes.

Honey is a energy (Qi) booster. It tonifies and nourishes the body. Local honey to your specific area has also been shown to help combat seasonal allergies.
